Central Entry
For all VA, PA, and MD Point-to-Point entries, overnights and results, use Central Entry.

We encourage you to use the email option to confirm receipt of your entry (if you have not received a confirmation by e-mail) between 11:00 a.m. (when entries close) and 1:00 p.m. (when we start to finish the overnight). The entry form will be up for viewing at least one week prior to each race meet.

If you would call Central Entry with any information (new horses, new owners, silks, address changes, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) that can be added to the database before you actually call to make an entry, it would be appreciated and will speed up the entry process.

The most important information you give when making entries is the daytime phone number where you can be reached prior to the overnight being printed, in case there are questions regarding your entry.

In order for participants to receive tickets, we MUST have addresses. An address in care of a trainer may work one week, but not the next. This applies especially to riders, but also affects owners and trainers.

Central Entry will continue to fax ($60 for the year) overnights, but we encourage you to visit the website at www.centralentryoffice.com. If Central Entry is taking entries for a single meet, the overnights should be up on the web site by 3:00 p.m. If we are taking entries for multiple meets, the information should be up by 6:00 p.m.

Please don’t call Central Entry with general questions on Mondays when entries are being taken. They will be happy to try to help with any questions or clarification at any other time.
